Buying a home in middle Tennessee is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make.  This is no time to shop for a cheap inspection.  The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the selling price. We are determined to perform inspections of the upmost quality, with integrity: 

• For a buyer, we make sure that they know and understand every fact about the property that they are purchasing.  Plus you receive a limited 100-day, $1,000.00 warrantee at no cost to you!

• For sellers, we will provide a report that gives 100% full disclosure.  This limits the worries of a buyer questioning anything regarding the property. When repairs or corrections are made, we will include those in the report.

• For FHA/HUD and VA manufactured home loans that require a foundation certificate, we provide the professional foundation inspection services that result in an engineering certificate.

• A very detailed, bound home inspection report (approximately 60 pages) is provided.  Photograhs of every item and area inspected are included in the report.  A summary of positive obeservations and deficiencies is also included.
